Clumsy illusionist, Russian magician, Mexican mariachi, gun toting gangsters, and hillbilly bounty hunters are just some of the off-beat characters youll find in the hilarious episodic comedy known as Mind Angel.
Mind Angel is a struggling magician who has recently received a television deal to showcase his street magic. Mind Angels film crew follows him and his Mexican assistant, Ed Ortiz, around on their daily adventures, documenting all of Mind Angel's successful and failed attempts of magic.
Finally gaining popularity and a secure fan base, his long lost brother, the Brain Wizard, shows up in America on a boat from Russia, putting Mind Angels career at stake. Smarter, faster, and more talented, this Russian magician out performs Mind Angel at every thing he does. Winning over all of his brothers fans, the Brain Wizard proves to be the next big hit in the magic community.
After a series of magical mishaps, such as disappearing babies, and vanishing vehicles, Mind Angel racks up a criminal record that makes Robert Downey Jr. look like Mother Theresa. Its up to foulmouthed bounty hunter, Doug, and his band of motley misfits, to take Mind Angel down.
